Running Fish captain chaos does road running. a series of minor disasters in the run up, culminating in the realisation that i'd forgotten my watch, so had to run dumb. therefore even more annoyed to cross the line just outside the 17min target. in retrospect think i ran a lazy race believing that i was on target. hey-ho!

PaulXCross Went across the line at 21:15 by the clock on the line but results was 5seconds out. Very pleased with the outcome, congested on the sharp corners.

speedy rob First two laps in 6.30, really had to dig-in to maintain pace in last lap: pushed-on by heavy foot-falls right behind me and not wanting to be passed
