Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

ThorntonRunner Not yet sure whether I'm pleased with that or not - maybe started off a bit too quickly, but then my overall pace fits with the last few races (from 6m to half marathon). Splits were 6:39, 6:45, 6:41, 7:04, 7:05, 6:34, 6:43, 6:28.

Boycie Definitely worth 100 credits - my oldest PB set over 2 years ago. Even though I am not in superform I will knock several minutes off this one! (Went through 8 miles in the half marathon on May 13 in 53.20) so should be fine!!! UPDATE: BIg PB - much better than expected - started the race steady again and finished with a big negative split! After the first couple of uphill miles I was getting a bit worried, but thankfully after the hill at 4 it all got a lot easier (well for me anyway) and I passed loads of people 51st overall - one of my best LRRL finishes. Splits were: 6.41, 6.42, 6.27, 6.38, 6.43, 6.08, 6.01, 6.01 - thanks to everyone who bet - I hope you got enough credits :-)

Rich963 Before - Like Boycie, I'm not in great shape, but there's no way that I'll fail to beat my only 8mile time to date (unless I get injured, struck by lightning, sick...)

After - Pleased with that - splits were 6.42 6.45 6.45 7.04 7.29 6.36 6.42 6.36 and beat a couple of team mates that were ahead last week. Should be some good betting points with a 10m40sec PB
