jdc Wasn't sure what time I might do this race in given the fact i was on holiday in cyprus for the week before the race and that it was a very hilly course. Having said that I was actually pleased with my time. Only my 3rd 10k race and the previous one was silverstone which was totally flat. All in all pleased with my race.

Canard First Race in nearly two years. Time was pretty much as expected, though needed to hammer the last 2k to get it. Damn Hills. only 14 minutes slower than my pb. If all goes well, maybe I'll be closer to that at this race next year.
