Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Dibble First time I've tried this distance so obviously PB, but also a best WAVA(whatever that means!?). Enjoyed this race. Warm but bits of cloud/shade/plenty of water stations meant it was ok. Splits 5:10 4:53 5:13 5:04 5:34 4:58 4:54 4:45 4:57 4:38

GAZGIB A boozy night out on saturday and 3 hours sleep was not the best preparation I could have hoped for. Set off at 47min pace for the first 2k, then hit a wall and struggled at between 5:30s to 6:00s per k until the last 3 when I was able to pick up the pace and sub 5min per k.

Kallywag This is my favourite (and strangely my PB) course, but was full of hayfever and found it hot and hard going today.

Keefy Beefy Hard training run. Didn't have any trouble as such but couldn't push the pace more than I did. A bit disappointed because while this wasn't a 100% race effort, it was a pretty hard effort yet barely faster than the 4M tempo run I did a few weeks back. The course wasn't easy but still, much work to do.

mandychamp OH MY WORD HOW HOT! far too hot to run, I hated the first 3-4k, and walked quite a bit of it, then found my legs and pace at 5k, and then quite enjoyed it! Pleased with my time as I did walk so much, so must have made up good time when I did run!
