Deejay Disappointed with my time, felt pretty good all the way but the 5th mile seemed to go on for ever! Thanks go to the Derwent runner who encouraged me on in the final half mile

makizmo 82 Once away from the crowd in Ovington and down the hill for a speedy first mile turned into a brilliant race around great scenery - the pie & peas toppped it all off. Looking forward to next years race!

RununMan Went exactly to plan for first 3m ... then realised that i'd been to way too ambitious with my target time. Paid the price as i slowed and just managed to hang on to the end. Back to the drawing board !!! Best bit was defo the pie and peas!!!

Southern Exile downhill for first mile, felt good but did not push the pace as saving self for Ripon Tri - splits all over the place (5.54, 6,15, 6.30, 6.39, 6.39, 6.42, but felt fine afterwards
