Che dragon There's a big hill in it so I don't expect to go quicker than CBTT. It's also hot and my hamstring's a bit tight, so I won't push it. Nice hot, sunny day with loads of P&D men runners. Under 21 (30/351) so relatively pleased and must get under 20 on the flat!
