Agent Orange Lovely day (though getting to the warm side of comfortable by the end) and nice course. Really enjoyed the run. I began fairly steadily and gradually overtook a few people during the first six miles. The towpath itself was a bit uneven and with some loose stones, which probably explains why my time was slightly slower than expected. Ran 39.37 for the first five miles and a negative split of 39.07 for the second five - thanks to the guy who led me up past Kew at a steady pace. Got encouraging calls from ad hoc fetchpoint and various runners who were just out in the morning and met some nice Fetchies to add to a really good feel for the morning.
