ancient Muds one place ahead of me! Chaos at start when we expected to go up hill, but seemed to be sharp turn to right!! But apart from that hiccup, everything went well. Shame no clubhouse available!

Flat Out Fi 3rd of the xc races with the Tri Club at Watford. Really enjoyed it - remembered it was a tough course and didnt go off too fast - calf felt brill today thank goodness, I couldnt have done that race last week! I felt I paced it well and ended up coming 2nd lady overall so v happy with that! Debs from Walden Tri was 1st lady so good to get the double! The chaps did well too!
