Dvorak A solid PW and happy with that on the day. Goals achieved: completed race, kept the pace down, injury held up ok. Perfect conditions, course a touch long? Or I fell into a timewarp on the last 2K. Good to meet Grantyboy, Mad4it and Dizzy28.

HappyTimes Ran route just prior to race as need to get my weekend long runs back on track. Talked Larbert Runner through the course and how to better pace his races. Then ran first 8km easy with LR and had bit of a push last 2km on own. Felt good throughout running well within myself. Few aches, mainly calves which I reckon is the tail end of cold I have had. Great turn out and nice to enjoy one for charity.

mad4it Done this a few times, there is a graduated hill on nethermains road, after this is more or less plain sailing.

Mr. White Undulating but not brutal. The distance between 9K and 10K was never 1K btw :)

Got round in one piece - this was really more a test to see what sort of nick my feet are in...they're a bit unpleasant but could be worse. Anyway, looked like a good turnout which is good news for the charity....might be tempted next year....didn't see any Fetchies :0

Thighsofsteel Seem to remember from a couple of years ago that this is a bit shorter than 10k! Hope to break 50 mins so have set that as target but I know I haven't been able to do as much running as I'd like, what with the baby and all.
