Andy 1 shoe Money i was on for a sub 30 finish! i went through 3 miles in 17.40.then the hills kicked in! worse still it was a long course.i had 5 miles on my garmin in 30.53 which would have been a v40 pb. still i was pleased with my time which was a v40 pb....
