Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

mxhornet Should be ok for this now :-)

Update - was expecting to take 65-70 minutes depending on how difficult conditions were underfoot. Unfortunately the course soon turned in to the type I just can't run on :-(

ninjaman Couldn't agree more with Muds. A proper mud-fest. Very difficult race to pace. Had a local club battle some way down the field which made me keep pushing. Let's hope the form continues to the few halves coming up. Must keep trying to go faster though.

Damo666 Mud, mud, mud. Drab, boring 4 lap course. Relatively flat.

TZ Hideously muddy. For a road-racer, this was no fun at all. It was a good workout, nothing more!

Muds I wanted mud. They provided mud!! More mud than Muds could dream of :) This was a proper cross country race. Not a nice easy trail race, not a contrived challenge, this was English cross country at its best. I loved it. So much mud, so much hard work, so much fun! Started easier than ever before. Kept picking off places until last half mile when cramp, in both calves was holding me back. Bring on Parliment Hill!!!!

Alex Patton 441/672 - An absolute mudbath. I really struggled today and was way off where I should have been for a variety of reasons, but primarily the fact that I haven't run for two weeks and my new shoes were absolutely killing me. The first two laps were particularly tough.
