Dad of 3 Time was OK considering the strong wind at times and stiff knees. Glad it was sunny and dry. Good turnout.

DANBERT If you’re a road runner chasing PB’s this course should be amongst the flattest and fastest 10K courses in the country. This morning however, the strong headwinds at the start of Littleton road on each lap really slowed us down. Most people around me were of the opinion that times would be down by well over a minute. As such I have to say that I’m quite pleased with this run. Clearly all my training off road on undulating courses is just as good if not better than training on the road and getting injured doing speed work.

howmanykatiebs Again, no chip and the start was pretty awful. My watch recorded this as being 54.15 as I was nowhere near the front. I'll go with official results though as that gives me something to compare to.

Mannings Horrible wind made running very hard and the times slow. Was only 6 seconds off my PB so would have bet it in good conditions!

Mushroom A flat course, round 2 laps of a not very scenic route! Despite that, I enjoyed the run, with my best time since Apr03.

RunningBob Hurricane wind made a flat course feel like a fell race. Ran well but poor finish lost me 5 places. 28th 4th V40.

Should Av Run Quicker Hopefully get under 38mins. ****UPDATE**** What happened their,a huge PB out of the blue in really windy conditions, felt extremely comfortable for 5k in 18.04 but had a dodgy 5-7k, the last 1k ended up doing 3.57 and thought I may even do a 5min k it was that hard into the wind. COULDN'T EVEN MANAGE A SPRINT FINISH.
