#runningman 🏃 Much better race than expected. Was not a priority race for the year but felt much better than expected. Had this been a flat race rather than a hilly one I think a new PB could have been on the cards. As it was I was only 9 secs off my PB. Sets me up to hopefully acheive one later in the year.

clare1976 Hills galore, that was a toughie! Pleased with almost a minute off the PB and quicker than the 6m tempo sessions I have been doing (also hilly!). Irratic mile splits due to ups and downs, but felt good overall and legs have recovered from VLM.

jdc A most enjoyable race, not as cold as first thought but was glad I wore long sleves and gloves. Didn't appreciate the first aid car driving in fromt of me for the last 3 miles though.
