McCargathon Solid start but lost power in last few miles, nice course but slightly chaotic at start.

Slow_T This is my first Half. I should be aiming for completing it only, but having a big mouth I really want to finish it under 2 hours (not sure if this is positive thinking or just a complete loss of reality)

inwoosa not too well week before. certainly didn't run well good bedfont park run support on route hampton court way - rest of race ran on road - I ran on the grass - talk about making it slower pit stop at hcp gardens.
