Dave W Raby Castle 10k race. Bloody hell, that was tough again. Wind blowing straight in your mush as you tried to climb the big hill (twice). Really not an easy course by any stretch of the imagination. Around three and a half minutes slower than last year, so a bit disappointing from that aspect. But I must say, still enjoyed it and will return next year. Cracking venue.
