Nice run round the park but can get narrow under the bridge with runners heading out and back

3 lap course around a park. If you pay attention to the signs at the start telling you where to place yourself for your predicted time, the congestion isn't too bad, but some narrow sections. Other than that, nice fast course.

Congested at the start, but a lovely flat three-lapper around a pretty park.

In Figgate park Portobello. Three laps of a pocket sized park on tarmac paths which are a bit narrow imho. Especially at the start of the run when you’re quite bunched. Flat but there are tight turns . Watch out for the swans and otters in the pond
