smash Took this one easy, more of a training run than a race. Legs tired from a good week's running, so just took it slowly and tried to enjoy it. And I did.

The Plod Very pleasant surroundings in the Porthkerry Country Park. A couple of short but sharp hills and some rough terrain make this a tough run in parts and it is about 5.2 miles rather than 5. Several nice fast stretches help the time though. An excellent run, will do it again next year.
