Gem* Tough tough tough! First 5k race and it was difficult but enjoyable.... think I might push myself a little more next time to get just under 4:30 minute kms, but v pleased. Played it safe and quite a few overtook me, but as soon as I saw the 4k marker, I pushed on and passed some of them which is always fun! I know you should prob push on for all of it, but I'm not quite ready for that yet!
