Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

stevep1000uk My most local race. Wasn't aware it was on and thought it was this Sunday as signs have gone up on the roads, oh well a few more training runs to get ready. Anyone know the route for this one as would like to run it beforehand as is on my doorstep.
UPDATE: Found the start a bit sudden and wasn't sure of the actual start line and I started my watch when the hooter went so think my real time may have been under 45m but my official time on the web page is 45m19s. Were the sensors in the number just done for a finish time against the gun start ? If my real time was under 45m I'm well happy if it is over 45m then a bit dissappointed but still a PB.

SteveT Will I be fully recovered after last Sundays marathon PB ????????????
I guess the answer was no, through 1/2 way in 18:02, but the calves were still wrecked and limped home, but still managed to scrape a PB which can't be bad so soon after a marathon.
