Chicken Licken Looking back do not know how I finished this race ..... I had bursitis of the hip and chipped a bone! Nays red club vest kept me going all the way around, lovely course, nice fruit and good support :-) will attempt it again when I have not got a broken hip!!

Mandymoo Have not done much training and have only run up to 10 miles lately. want to beat my first half marathon time of 2.14.58 which was Maidstone last year (not Paddock wood) Race was really well organised. Started off really well but had slight problem with tummy at around ahlf way mark. Had to do a pit stop which meant that my time is actually 3 mins more that it should have been but still a PB for me so am very happy. Would do again definately

Nay Being my first half marathon, I didn't quite know what to expect. Lovely race though, but quite tired at the end. Lots of oranges and bananas at the finish to refresh - great

SK aka Clive A pb! Brilliant race, pity the poor girl who fell flat on her face at about 1/4 mile out, bless her, she got straight up and carried on running. Was ok with this one until about 10 1/2 miles when my knee gave way, very painful but managed to hobble home.

This time its for real! Wanted to do about 2:45 so not too bad. Was going Ok until the last 3 miles when I ran out of energy. Maybe the lack of Lucozade at the Lucozade station didn't help - just water when I arrived. Great day with perfect weather for 1st half marathon. now aiming for 2:30 at Cardiff in October
