MAD Superman Did the first 2m @ sub 6 min miling but as soon as I turned into the headwind and hill at 2m I knew I didn't have a pb in my legs. Wednesday's race must have taken more out of me than I expected! Dug it and managed to make a final lunge for the line and just break 39 mins. Not particually happy but not too disappointed.
