speedy rob Last chance this season for sub 40 minutes. Any thoughts of sub 40 min were blown by a slow start too far back, and too many slower runners infront to filter through on narrow course: 4 min 27 s at 1Km. I'm not sure that I would have run sub 40 anyway because it all seemed like hard work.
