Pinchi PRE RACE Have been trying to shake off a calf strain for 4-5 weeks, at last I think I have, but this won't be a fast time for me POST RACE Started off quicker than I thought, nothing hurt so I carried on, pleased with the time, good race.

Jogging Jon Great race and a PB. Mrs JJ also got PB smashing her previous best by over 2 minutes to finish inside 50 minutes for the first time in 48:45. Great goody bag again and a really nice medal. Only complaint where was all the yoghurt.
