About this parkrun

Really enjoyed this one. 1 lap, with a tiny out and back section. Forest trails, so i suspect it could be a bit muddy underfoot in winter/rain. Nice cafe, and good toilet facilities, paid parking at a discounted rate.

1 lap though woodland trails in popular Moors Valley Country Park. Discounted parking if you leave straight after run. Otherwise quite expensive to park but good facilities. Very friendly bunch with milestones recognised.

Very pretty course on a mix of gravel trails and tarmac paths. You do have to pay for parking (currently £1.20 if you pay by 10:30). It's a great place to explore, so you may want to stay longer.

A single lapper with a short out and back section. First 4K on undulating gravel tracks through the forest, then flat tarmac round the lake to the finish. Very congested at start, so if you're going for a time you need to be up the front.

Measured up slightly short on my watch. 1 lap, good paths and nice scenery. Looks like it'd be muddy after some runny. Congested start but things out quickly. Great turn out.

Lovely 1 loop trail nice facilities easy parking and loads of spotless toilets. Large numbers bit of a congested start but doesn’t spoil it.
