_andy Paced it quite well by not killing myself on the first, undulating and uphill half of the race, so had plenty left to let it go on the long downhill section. Not helped by swallowing a fly on the descent (much coughing and unpleasantness) but held it together for a good finish.

Dvorak Turned into more ordeal than race for me due to doing too much on preceding days. Legs gone by about 2km and it's not a course you can coast round. Finished in reasonable time considering. Nice to see _andy, Scotty, SpicedApple and Flying Fifer (who flew past me). Thumbs up for cakery to Kinross RR.

keyring Turned out not too bad after a very iffy start. After last night's Red Moss Hill Race my legs took 2 or 3k to loosen off but pleased with a fairly strong finish. Fabulous spread afterwards as usual. Thanks KRR.

stretch 212 I found this a tough race with a strong field. Very hilly at the begining but a nice downhill stretch at the end. I enjoyed this run and hope it will get me out more often and hopefully improve my times.
