Cormorant Well, those 'undulating' bits were really tough but this was a nice event and at least I know how much more work there is to do before New York at the very start of November.

Zehnderboy Very pleasant route - 2 lap course. Very tough start uphill and then again just before 2km. Happy with time as I came in below Bognor Prom, believe I could shave more time if I was better prepared.
