PhilB66 Very nearly a DNS - not feeling at all good, but decided to turn out for club anyway. Made it round, and actually felt better for having done so, but not a good experience. To think this is where I set my 5mile PB last year... 139th; 119th male; 63rd vet; 6th BSRC

Hills of Death (HOD) Reasonable run considering I did IM 70.3 2 weeks ago and Blenheim Sprint 2 days ago legs a bit jadded but 7.30s all way round more or less way off PB form but a bit of speed work a bit less lard and away we go.
