Boffin Perhaps slower than I should do, but given I am a sloth like creature at the moment and hardly trained since Edinburgh Marathon - I very happy with it:) Great race (so long as it is not taken seriously!).

Che dragon That was tough! I thought the big dipper and its little friend were tough, bt no one had warned me abut the climb to the golf course!

Sime The bigger dipper was very tough going, took a long time to recover even though spent a good 2 or 3 mins walking at the top because it was so busy. Tough slog up the hill to the golf course but then a good pace over the top and down the gulley, was hard going again through the dunes at the end trying to catch Rob, got him on the line but he probably finished 6 inches in front.

The Plod I went up the sand dune at the start very fast so was not caught up in traffic at the top. A good hard run, not sure which shoes are the best, possibly RX Terrains due to amount of off road. Sand dunes in the last km or so, I found very hard.
