Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
AddledAdder First Half marathon since I started running (properly), and I know that this is a challenging one (including the hill from hell, apparently). Looking forward to it as long as my forefoot injury stays at bay. Prediction based on current off road long runs and hilly course, including the hill from hell is around 1:45. However, if I come under two hours, it will be a PB! UPDATE: Smashed PB by over 20 minutes! It must be 10 years since I did the Great North run in about two hours, with little training - just goes to show what a bit of application can do! Energy levels died a bit at about 10 miles (after the hill from hell) so feel I could go better (especially on a flat course) but thoroughly enjoyed it in that perverse masochistic way runners do. Must get myself into a club to attain the next level...
