annoyingBob Aiming to be just under 1 hour for this race. Did it last year in under 1 hr 10 and trail race at start of June was just over 1 hr (1:1:44 - almost there!).

Bah humbug - slower than last year and in previous race in June. On target for first 6-7km and then died. Struggled with the sunshine (first I've seen out running this year!) and cooked myself a bit.
