racheybabes Lasswade 10 mile road race. Baltic weather but warmed up after the first mile. Well marshalled hilly course, quite pleased with my time. Couldn't manage any food at the end because i felt so ill!

Jaggy Great run - must have been just behind Rachybabes! Really enjoyed the undulating course and felt really strong at the end. Ate far too much of the food at the end!

shannon excellent race on hilly course. Got a PB which is nice. Got a bit scared near Roslyn though. Best hill i've ever run up!
