ARB73 Strangely didn't feel up for it tonight so delighted to get a small (4 sec) PB. Had been desperate to get under 39 so a tiny bit disappointed to hit 39 dead and just miss it but given my lack of enthusiasm beforehand, pretty happy. Enjoyed the nice flat course along the canal. Would def do again and the carrot cake was tasty :-)

RunDMc 5 hr round-trip to do a 55 minute run was probably a bit silly - but it was a lovely evening, a grand route and well-organised as KH''s events always are. Could have done without the two-mile walks to and from the train station, but was pleased to do it and shall look forward to doing it again.

silver birch Beautiful run on a pleasant summers evening .. Right up ma street with no hills... I though the marshalls were superb here , especially on some tricky parts of the course. Well done guys and thanks to the very supportive crowd.. !! Another kirky mug for my collection :_)
