Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Boingy Course measured short on Garmin, 6.03m. Finish time 41.47, which is equivalent to a 42.58 over full 10K course, a PB by nearly 2 mins ! It was a great race round the lakes, on tarmac, trail, and rutted paths. Had stitch most of the way round so very happy with time. :-)

C-Cat really friendly low key race - 3rd lady to finish and got 1st F35 prize - rather lovely little trophy :o) 2 laps with mixed terrain that was a bit rutty in places but great change of scene in perfect running weather!

The Husky very happy with my time, enjoyed the first 20 minutes held on for dear life for the last 2 miles. Hard and uneven ground made conditions difficult was expecting a slower time, I hope it was an accurate 10k because it certainly felt tough.

Turbo doesnt count Set off not really knowing what pace to run at, got to end of first lap and realised I'd got something left so did a kind of fartlek session on the second lap.
