Alun Felt fantastic, after last year's injuries it was great to be able to run flat out. Went off pretty hard, passed a few people and only lost a few places myself. Lap times were reasonably consistent too, 6:17, 6:17, 6:19, 6:20 and 6:32 for the last (mostly) uphill mile. GPS wobbled at 1.5 miles, added a 0.4 mile loop, so race is definitely 5.1 miles. Finished 160 places higher and 6 3/4 minutes quicker. :-)

Mr Hiles Great weather, good course and well organised. A few minutes quicker than last year's 40 minute time. I now need to put in some proper speed work. I finished 114 overall, and 100th in the league position, so my ranking looks a bit better now too (56.19)
