Hardiman Course was run in reverse since the last time I ran this race. Started to hurt at about 11 miles but happy with time. Great feeling crossing the Ironbridge.

RoBo63 Started at 7min mile pace for first half of race. Felt pretty uncomfortable although breathing was good. Got to half way and the first few hills took their toll. Felt it in my legs and felt very very tired. struggled from there on which was so not what I was used to. Coalbrookdale Hill at 9miles seemed like it went straight up .. there was no way I was gonna get up that. It is a tough course. Finished 8mins faster than last year but well outside my PB. Felt drained afterwards, same feeling as I had when I did my first Half Marathon 3 years ago. Took a good couple of days to get the stiffness out of my legs. Hope it's business as normal from now on.
