DeeGee Twice I've run that race, and twice I've finished a broken man. All week the weather's been awful, then today what does it go and do? Hot as the core of the sun. Still, seven minutes behind my PB is the same as last year. That'll teach me for trying to kick lumps out of my PB today.

Little Lou Very tough course and really hot - think it was 24 degrees before we even set off! Just pleased to get round - this one was all about survival

Lucky Jim Hot and sunny but cool breezes for many parts of the route. Time over all my half marathons was only average but managed to keep a strong steady pace throughout and got a PB for this particular course (just). I beat that hill into submission though!

mikep Hot today. Any chance of a PB went on the hill. Could not make up enough before hand to compensate for the extra time required to slog up it. 7.08 per mile average is the same for Otley 10m on Wednesday so not too bad.Will be glad when my left ankle stops hurting.

paul296 Really tough in the heat but managed a PB by 45 seconds or so. Ran a really good first 8 miles, but struggled over last four or so with the one long hill and the final drag over the bridge. Really enjoyable race :)

Smout Just surviving this as a nice run out after Edinburgh Mara :o) ******Post Race update******* Forogto to update my predicted time post pregnancy announcement. Expected between 1:55 an 2 hours today so V Happy. Like Edinburgh - didn't seem to feel the heat like other folks did. 57 dead at half way so V Happy with comfortable negative split.
