rf_fozzy Difficult race - hot day and was windy on the bridge. Felt a very long way back up from the 5k point to the suspension tower. Got a stich on this part and although tried to run through it, eventually had to stop briefly to catch my breath - hence my time was about a minute slower than it should have been. Nice day though and enjoyed it.
