ChrisU Fairly disappointed at getting nowhere near sub-35, and dropping 3 places on the way back just after the bridge crossing, but was still 3 minutes faster then last year. Thought I might catch the 3 runners as we turned into the Sports Ground, but couldn't quite dig out any change of pace. Good to meet the White Kenyan, even if I got nowhere near matching his pace! Results

ian9657 felt terrible but decided to hang on to Maddie's tail and let her pull me through this awkward race. Mostly path beside dual carriageway but included 1 bridge and a couple of underpaths. Found it hard going but pleased with my time.

Quadbarrel Looking forward to this. Be interesting to see what the weather is like - was horrendous last year. Can't see a pb but always trying ..... *** Update post race. Really pleased (of course) with a new pb on a course that is not the fastest (the bridge crossing is horrible). Unofficial time - continued my bad habit of forgetting to stop my watch at the finish line. *** Official time.
