CottamRunner A very windy but nice and cool Hilton Half, the day after the 10k. Felt strong in the latter stages and pushed to a season 's best! :-) Splits: 4.14/4.05/4.13/4.20/4.10 (21.02) 4.10/4.03/4.21/4.18/4.20 (21.12) 4.12/4.16/4.07/4.09/4.10 (20.54) 4.20/4.15/4.14/4.14/4.04 (21.07) 3.52 (very fast finish!!) 1st 10k: 42.14 2nd 10k: 42.01 Negative split :-)
