About this parkrun
Two laps around Steve Redgrave's statue followed by and out and back beside the Thames, small amount of grass, tarmac paths for the laps and then compacted gravel for the river section. A couple of small sharp bridges!Goofee 21st Dec 2018
A quick loop around the park then down the Thames tow path and back. Mostly flat gravel/tarmac.

a couple of short laps round the park to spread folks out and then out 'n' back on the towpath. Lovely spot, friendly bunch. Low key. Nice.

Grass start, onto tarmac for 2 little loops (inc. small hill) then onto the tow path for an out and back. Finish is back on grass. Pretty fast, not much congestion, very friendly. Recommended.

Flat on grass and tarmac path in the park and then gravel pack trail along the river for the out and back section. Can feel busy and not much room to overtake along the river section. Nice little cafe in the park which did a decent bacon roll.

Double small loop of park on tarmac & grass, nasty but very small hill twice! Then out along the Thames towpath, not too busy with walkers! Quite small, there's a few free parking spaces in the "walled" car park down the lane from the main one.
