About this parkrun
Nice flat trail run through wooded area, slightly muddy in Autumn when I did but fine for road shoes. Has coffee facilities, however car parking is a pain 3.30 for 2 hours paid via app it’s in a station car park.Hills of Death (HOD) 23rd Nov 2021
Nice 2.5 laps round a couple of lakes. Muddy when I did it in December. Parking paid and a bit of a walk from the start. Start and finish not in the same place. Flat.

Very pretty course around the lakes. Likely to get a little boggy in the winter but a joy on a sunny morning

Nice 2 & half laps around the lake & outside of Motorhome & caravan site. All earth & grass trail. Picturesque setting, great marshalls, lots of fishers, on lakeside, & saw one having just caught a large carp, as we ran past. Toilets at camp site.

Gets very muddy indeed in winter! Note - from Apr 2024 parking in Britannia carpark (on the west, Henlow side) is free at weekends. The main station car park (Apcoa) continues to charge.
