cehstone Freindly officials and marshalls. Good atmosphere from the competitors. Should have move forward before the start as a lot of people to overtake and not much room. Too much on-road with no segregaton from vehicles apart from the occasional notice about runners. Good return 5k through the park, seems a shame with the park to have any on-road. Disappointed with the time but apart from the start I couldn't have run faster with current fitness. Always get a boost overtaking someone at the finish.

Mountainmat I enjoyed this race last year, I am hoping for a pb, but won't be too disapointed if I miss out. Happy with my run, if not my memory, so much hillier than I remember from last year. On pb pace till 5 miles then blew up.
