Northern Exile My first Guy Fawkes 10 and I regret to say that I turned up at the start line with a stinking hangover. Went out with friends in Harrogate the night before and drank WAY too much, it felt like I was sweating white wine during the race itself. Finished in reasonablish sort of a time given the circumstances, but it wasn't easy. Shame on me. Blame my naval background, a sailor can never resist a drink!
