Broccers Cycling over with ironman and others so may collapse in a heap on the startline before I even get going! ... Didn't collapse in a heap. Was reasonably please with how race went. Struggled on big hill but other than that OK. Gorgeous route although running in long grass quite hard and uphill finish required some effort!

Trehis As usual the mixed terrain and wind on the outward 5k added nearly two minutes to the time but the route overall seemed to be smoother this year. 46th and 12th in my age category.
