Running Caz Really pleased with how this went. Only run 16M in last 2 weeks so and been onhols eating haggis and bladdered every night, no sleep etc, etc. Turned up to take it easy (which I did) didn't even get out of breath (apart from when I ran and chatted with Tony pushing the chair at the lung run hill bit). Much cooler than usual though which may explain my 2nd best course time!!

Duke of Drayton This will be my furthest distance run - looking forward to the challenge.....Loved this race! Well organised and a good medal at the end too. As for the running all went well felt really good all the way through, legs good. Kept a good pace throughout (for me anyway). Felt hungry about midway perhaps need food with me or eat more before. Hi to the Fetchie girl with the white 'Paula' compression socks - hope you had a good one too! Just got the official time from the run website - nice surprise I did a a faster time than I thought (only 4 seconds but nice all the same).
