Gem* Lovely day. Tried a bit harder this time and set off a little faster than usual. After a couple of miles started to think that this was a bad idea, yet still carried on quite happily. Then around 4 miles, I started to tire a little, however Kev kept me going and motivated me to get under the 40 mins time that I really wanted to achieve, so thanks Kev! I am really happy with my time and enjoyed the race.

Girlie First Frostbite race, so not sure how to run it. Would like to PB, but anytime under 50 mins is fine by me ***UPDATE*** watch time( ta for the loan Fly!) thinkI may have snuck a pb by a couple of secs, but it could be over, will confirm later. Enjoyed my first Frostbite race on home turf:-) ***Update 2 *** official time 47:20 so a 13 sec pb coming 445/489:-)
