Trehis A much faster time than I was expecting for this race but with so many from my club there, I felt able to go with some of them. Mainly a smooth run but struggled a little in the final mile.

Iain2008 Went off very quick, first mile 7.15 progressively slower as time when on but none less than 8.30. Great course and well organised.

MAD Superman Retford Half Marathon. Undulating course with 1st 6m into a head wind. Andy ran round with me and helped keep the pace up towards the end when my legs felt heavy. A PB so got to be happy but probably went out a little quick. Fairly consistent pace all the way round though.
