WACA Could be tough! After Snake lane am confident, but it is another 10 miles, we'll see. **UPDATE** It was very tough. I did roughly 6:45s for the first 17 miles and then promptly died, well, I think the term is 'blew up'. It did remind me of how serious these distance races are (funny how you forget) and more importantly with the Edinburgh marathon in May, that I need to do a lot more training and maybe even lower my expectations and maybe slow my pace to 7:00 minute miling from the start. Good course though, enjoyed it, especially running for most of it in a jolly group. Very encouraging.

Lisrun I went out too fast last year and pulled a muscle after 17m and had to walk last 3m. Will take it easier at the start this time. *Update* Did take it easier at the start, but found this hard after yesterday'a 14m race at Dent. Details in blog.
