Barky Really enjoyed the run! First mass start, and posioned myself a little too far. Spent the first mile or so weaving in and out, then the next mile went a lilttle too fast. Settled down the, but I think that fast mile took it out of me, as I struggled over the last mile, in addition it was by the river, and the wind brought a chill to the air!!! Time quoted is the Chip time. (Garmin said 48.29).

Chockaholic Delighted with pb conditions were good, only slight wind course had lots of turns but great finish in pride park stadium. My garmin clocked distance at 6.34 and two other guys got similar distance on there garmins too.

Fat Man Runs My slowest 10k since my first running of this race two years ago and I loved it! I started right at the back and worked my way forward and thoroughly enjoyed every minute, picking up the pace in the final 5k. For once t-shirt is really nice as well, and more to the point it fits - they never have any XL. Will definitely be back next year.

jude WOOHOO!!! Big PB - very pleased! Great running weather - nice and cool till the last k when it was nearly all over, i was on for a pB, I finished inside Pride Park Stadium to the cheer of the crowds anda big sprint past looooads of people to the line! V chuffed. :-) :-) :-)
