Jenson Watch time was 10 secs faster. Pretty pleased .Felt pooped by 7 miles though and had nosebleed trouble from about 2.5 miles. Fantastic race though, all supporters along the route were fab and weather held out.

Non-runner Despite worries beforehand about a cough and pulled calf, came in 8 minutes faster than last year largely due to stupidly tanking off at 5k pace with no sense whatsoever! Paid for it later though and hobbled through the last 2 miles with cramp. But what a glorious day and there's nowhere better to be than Dent. The school put on a great event and hope they raised some funds.
